The short version

This policy explains what information Wrecking Ball Rampage ("the game") uses, why, who else receives it, and the choices you have. "We", "us" and "our" mean Fun Maxed Games.

1Information saved on your device

The game saves the following in its own private storage on your phone or tablet:

This information stays on your device. You can erase it at any time with Settings › Reset Progress, and uninstalling the game removes it. Purchases you have paid for can be brought back with Settings › Restore Purchases.

2Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game shows three kinds of ads, provided by Google AdMob:

To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier, your IP address (used to estimate your general location), information about your device and the app, and how you interact with ads. Google may use this to show ads based on your interests ("personalised ads") where you allow it.

Your choices

3In-app purchases

Coin packs, Remove Ads and other items are sold through Google Play on Android and the App Store on Apple devices. Payment is handled entirely by Google or Apple under their own privacy policies. We never receive your name, card number or billing address.

When you buy something, the store tells the game which item was bought and confirms that the purchase is valid, so the game can unlock it. The fact that you own the item is saved on your device.

4Game analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

To understand how players experience the game and to make it better, we record game events such as:

Firebase also collects some information automatically, such as a random app instance ID, device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region (estimated from your IP address) and how long you play.

We use this information only to understand and improve the game, for example to see where players get stuck. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not combine it with other information about you. Analytics data is deleted after the retention period set in our Firebase account.

5Google Play Games (Android)

If you are signed in to Google Play Games, achievements you unlock in the game are sent to your Play Games profile. Google handles the sign-in, and we do not receive your email address or password. Your Play Games profile and its visibility are managed in the Google Play Games app.

6Crash and diagnostic reports

The game is built with the Unity engine. Unity may collect crash and error reports, which include technical details about your device and the game, so that crashes can be found and fixed. These reports do not include your name or contact details.

7Sharing and ratings

8Children

The game contains cartoon violence and is intended for players aged 12 and over. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age). If you believe a child has provided personal information through the game, contact us and we will help remove it.

9How we use and share information

We use information only to run the game, show ads, process purchases, fix problems and improve the game. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy: Google (AdMob, Firebase, Google Play and Google Play Games), Apple and Unity.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some US state laws, using your advertising identifier to show personalised ads can count as "sharing" or "targeted advertising". You can opt out of this with the device settings described in section 2.

11How long information is kept

12Security

Game data is kept in the app's private storage on your device. The services named in this policy send information over encrypted connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, but we use these services because they are built to protect data.

13Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict how it is used, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your local data protection authority.

Because the game has no accounts and we do not collect your name or email, we usually cannot link analytics or ad data to you personally. If you contact us, we will help as far as we can identify the information, and we will point you to the right Google, Apple or Unity controls for the information they hold.

14International transfers

Google, Apple and Unity may process information in the United States and other countries. They use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses for transfers out of the EEA and the UK.

15Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the game or the services it uses change. We will change the effective date at the top, and for significant changes we will give notice in the game or on its store page.
